Role Description
Asena is expanding! We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial people who want to manage their own “Business Group” within our company. Attractive remuneration and up to 90% profit share available.
At Asena we are structured a little differently to many businesses. We are divided into “Business Groups”, with each group under an appointed Business Group Manager (BGM). The BGM is responsible for establishing clients for their group, and all things related to delivering services to those clients, to the client’s satisfaction. This is a great model because clients have direct access to the decision maker for their services. BGMs are remunerated by profit share, so they are highly motivated to deliver to their clients efficiently and to their client’s exact requirements.
As Business Group Manager (BGM) you will be required to:
• Manage all aspects of the relationship with the relevant client;
• Ensure the relevant client receives all services and deliverables under the tasks, engagements, and/or contracts issued to Asena from the client; and
• Directly manage and supervise any Asena employee or contractor engaged by Asena to deliver the scope of work to the client.
Your Attributes
• Exceptionally motivated, exceptionally talented
• Highly developed skills relating to your profession
• Significant, high-level experience in the Defence sector
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to drive business growth and achieve targets
• Degree or other qualification in a relevant field (eg Engineering, Logistics or Management)
Remuneration
An attractive salary is of offer, with the exact amount depending on the specific candidate and what they bring. In addition to salary, the BGM will be given a share of profits for their business group, typically 50-90% of profit generated.
