We serve those who serve. Many of Asena’s clients are represented by current members of the Australian Defence Force or Australian Public Service. These are people who have chosen to serve their country through their vocation, and it is our privilege to serve them.

Many of the Asena team are engineers or technicians. Most engineers agree that the role of engineering is to use science and technology to enhance our global community. Accordingly, we want our people to engineer solutions in exactly the way our clients want; but simultaneously in a way that benefits our community.

Asena aims to employ the best people, and to continually inspire our people to perform at their best; for the benefit of our clients and community.

To sustain a high performing team, it’s important to align the aspirations of our people with the aspirations of our clients.
